# Instructions:
01 - In a medium bowl or jar, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, unsweetened cocoa powder, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract. Stir until thoroughly combined.
02 - Add 2 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter to the mixture and gently swirl it through, creating a marbled effect without fully incorporating. This creates pockets of peanut butter.
03 - Cover the container and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight to allow the oats to soften and absorb the liquid.
04 - In the morning, stir the chilled oats. If a thinner consistency is desired, add a splash of milk. Spoon into serving bowls.
05 - Top with the remaining 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, sliced banana, mini chocolate chips, and chopped roasted peanuts, if using. Serve chilled immediately.
