01 - 1 large ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and diced
02 - 1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted, and diced
03 - 1 small red onion, finely chopped
04 - 1 small red bell pepper, diced
05 - 1 small jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional)
06 - 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
07 - Juice of 1 lime
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

10 - 4 chicken sausages, grilled or smoked
11 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
# Instructions:
01 - Gently mix diced mango, avocado, red onion, bell pepper, jalapeño, and chopped cilantro in a medium mixing bowl.
02 - Pour lime juice over the mixture, add salt and pepper, and gently toss to blend without mashing the avocado. Set aside.
03 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken sausages and cook, turning occasionally, until heated through and lightly golden, about 8 to 10 minutes. Alternatively, grill sausages until charred.
