# Ingredients:

08 - 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
09 - 2 to 3 tablespoons honey or agave syrup

10 - 1 cup freeze-dried fruit such as strawberries or raspberries, lightly crushed
11 - 1 cup freeze-dried candy such as Skittles or marshmallows, crushed or chopped

01 - Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix thoroughly until a cohesive mixture forms. Press the mixture evenly into the lined pan and refrigerate for firmness while preparing gummies.
03 - Pour fruit juice into a small saucepan. Sprinkle gelatin over the juice and allow to bloom for 5 minutes. Gently heat over low heat, stirring constantly until gelatin fully dissolves. Add honey, mix well, and pour gummy mixture into a parchment-lined small baking dish. Refrigerate until fully set, about 45 to 60 minutes.
04 - Cut set gummies into small cubes using a sharp knife.
05 - Remove chilled oat base from the refrigerator. Evenly scatter gummy cubes, crushed freeze-dried fruit, and freeze-dried candy over the surface. Press toppings gently into the bar base for adhesion.
06 - Return pan to the refrigerator and chill for an additional 10 to 15 minutes to set toppings.
